Shipping and delivery

When will my order arrive?

All orders that contain a creature (priced over £50) are sent with tracking so please check your tracking number if you're worried about the current status of an order!

All other items, that are not purchased alongside a creature of any kind, will be sent with no tracking unless specifically requested & paid for. Such orders will be sent via Standard Shipping. Please contact me if you wish to upgrade the shipping on any order.

Please allow for extra time when ordering and be patient with the mailers. Royal Mail does not acknowledge a package as missing until 10 working days after the expected delivery window, please bear this in mind.
